• Sharing login credentials with third parties is prohibited

4.2 Usage Limitations

It is prohibited to:

5. Payments and Subscriptions

• We reserve the right to modify prices with 30 days notice
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled

• Payments are due in advance
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

6. Content and Intellectual Property

• Personal Trainers retain rights to the content they create
• Trainody retains rights to the software and interface

• Content must comply with copyright laws
• Trainody may remove inappropriate or illegal content

7. Privacy and Data

8. Liability and Warranties
